Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Add ons go right to your walker.
Hotel and VIP bookings: the client covers parking, and a $20 staff gratuity is added.
We are fully insured and bonded, so you and your home are protected.
We follow all the care and access notes you give us, to the letter.
Please leave out a secure leash. A retractable leash will not work.
Cancel any visit through the app. Canceling with less than 24 hours notice may have a fee, but your first two late cancellations are on us. New bookings requested under 24 hours have a short notice fee.
In heavy rain or extreme heat, we try a brief potty break if your dog is willing, then spend the rest of the visit indoors with real playtime. We towel dry your pup with your own towels before we go.
We always try to send your primary caregiver, and our small team means you are never left without coverage. You can request a specific caregiver for an added fee.
Every walker carries our dog bag with water, a dog bowl, treats, and a scent bag that keeps a familiar smell. We also keep detailed notes so every walker knows your pet.
