When you fill out a form on our site, book a meet and greet, or become a client, we collect things like your name, email, phone number, home address, and details about your pet. If you become a client, we also collect home access notes, like gate or alarm codes, so our team can safely care for your pet.
Only our own trained, background checked team. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever. We use Time To Pet to run client accounts, scheduling, and billing, and TidyCal to book calls and meet and greets. Both only see what they need to do that job.
Gate, lockbox, alarm, and Wi-Fi codes are kept in a secure system and only used to care for your pet. We never share them outside our team.
Our site may use basic, privacy friendly tools to see how many people visit and which pages help the most. These tools do not sell your data or track you across other websites.
